You may register only one Account per person. betpek uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification technology to detect and prevent duplicate registrations. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.
You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
betpek may, at its sole discretion, decline to approve any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpek Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
You agree to notify betpek immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. betpek will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
betpek will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from betpek that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
All financial transactions on the betpek Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). betpek accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
betpek does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with Philippine regulations. betpek does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your betpek Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. betpek processes withdrawal requests subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but betpek targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 60 seconds of approval.
betpek reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All content on the betpek Platform — including but not limited to the betpek name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of betpek or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betpek Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any betpek content without prior written consent from betpek.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betpek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betpek Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
betpek's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betpek does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betpek shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
betpek collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the betpek Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
betpek complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. betpek may share data with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processors as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

You may close your betpek Account at any time by contacting betpek support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
betpek reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where betpek reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law or PAGCOR directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, betpek may forfeit the Account balance.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betpek Platform shall first be submitted to betpek's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.
betpek reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betpek will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the betpek Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
